Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and follow-up
  • Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
  • Utilizing a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Staying up-to-date on industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and provide expert advice to customers
