What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve their issues and provide them with a positive experience. You'll be working remotely, which means you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection. Here are some of the key responsibilities you'll be expected to perform:

  • Answer incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct research to provide answers and solutions to customers' issues
  • Use your product or service knowledge to consult with customers and provide them with the information they need
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve your skills and knowledge

What You Bring to the Role

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • 6 months or more of customer service experience
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong product or service knowledge and the ability to apply it to customer issues
  • Computer savvy and comfortable using technology to resolve customer issues

The Equipment You'll Need

To perform your job duties, you'll need:

  • A reliable internet connection with a speed of at least 15 Mbps
  • A hardwired direct connection to your home router (Wi-Fi connections are permitted on some assignments)
  • A USB wired headset (Bluetooth headsets are not permitted)
  • A smartphone or other device that runs iOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for daily log-in
