Job Summary

As a Customer Success Engineer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for supporting our Redshift engineering, product, and operations teams. You'll work closely with our largest and most important customers to identify and resolve issues, automate repetitive processes, and communicate roadmaps and technical information in a clear and concise manner. Key Responsibilities

* Work directly with customers to identify and resolve issues related to our Amazon Redshift Service

  • Collaborate with pre-sales teams to onboard large-scale customers and ensure a seamless onboarding experience
  • Automate repetitive processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors
  • Communicate technical information and roadmaps to customers in a clear and concise manner
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer use-cases and configurations to inform product development and feature prioritization
  • Prioritize operational issues and work closely with business and support teams to resolve them
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in cloud data warehousing and Amazon Redshift Service
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to the development of best practices and documentation

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role, preferably in the cloud data warehousing industry
  • Strong technical expertise in Amazon Redshift Service, including architecture, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Experience with automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell)
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git)

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role, preferably in the cloud data warehousing industry
  • Experience with cloud-based platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and best practices
  • Experience with data visualization tools and technologies (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Certification in Amazon Redshift Service or a related field (e.g., AWS Certified Developer - Associate)

Skills and Competencies

* Strong technical expertise in Amazon Redshift Service and cloud data warehousing

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
