Job Summary

As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for assisting customers through live chat support, ensuring they receive the highest level of service. Your primary goal will be to resolve inquiries efficiently while providing an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities

Key Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a remote setting
  • Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in using chat support software and other digital communication tools
