About this freelance role

We are seeking for Project Managers to oversee and optimize our mass hiring initiatives. In this role, you will take full ownership of managing 10 active recruitment vacancies, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality results. You will analyze acquisition funnels, identify bottlenecks, and implement data-driven strategies to improve conversion rates.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, demonstrates systematic thinking, and proactively drives projects to success. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including Delivery, Support and Marketing teams, to align efforts and achieve shared goals. Strong planning, resource management, and collaboration skills are essential.

Requirements

2+ years of project management experience Strong skills in planning, resource management, and data-driven decision-making Ownership mindset, proactive approach, and systematic thinking Proficiency in English: C1 or above Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Responsibilities

Manage the fulfillment of 10 mass hiring vacancies Analyze acquisition funnels, improve conversion rates, and identify/fix bottlenecks Build effective collaboration with internal customers Work closely with the Support and Marketing teams to achieve goals.
