Job Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Working with urgency to ensure you're available to our customers as needed
  • Taking ownership of each interaction by driving the conversation, addressing and anticipating the customer's needs, and creating an effortless experience
  • Having a clear understanding of arenaflex's expectations from a quality perspective and striving to meet or exceed those standards during each interaction
  • Working efficiently using multiple systems simultaneously to provide information on pricing, availability, product selection, and specifications, as well as processing orders, returns, and any customer account inquiries
  • Consistently executing on all requirements, including taking personal ownership for meeting established individual and team goals, while maintaining a positive perception within the department
  • Completing all necessary product training courses and participating in required training to ensure proper compliance of HAZMAT and refrigerant when processing transactions

Qualifications:

* A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor's Degree is favored

  • Schedules are created based on the needs of the business and are consistent once assigned. Customer Service is staffed Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm and Saturday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • Demonstrates competence in the application and use of computer and communications technology
  • Develops and maintains effective and professional relationships with fellow employees, internal business partners, and our valued customers in order for our business objectives to be achieved
  • Demonstrates teamwork and people skills
  • Internet Requirements: Minimum requirement of 15MBPS download speed and 5MBPS upload speed. Satellite Internet access is not acceptable
  • Bi-Lingual skills are a plus!
