Responsibilities
Perform data entry processes into a database with precision and accuracy. Handle assigned tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion. Process special and recurring reports and administrative records. Verify and correct information, codes, and account numbers as necessary. Ensure complete and accurate data entries into the system by comparing data entered with source documents and resolving any discrepancies. Maintain confidentiality and discretion while working with sensitive information. Keep detailed production records and report completed work on a daily basis. Assist with filing documents when applicable.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in data entry or related fields, demonstrating a strong understanding of the process. Excellent typing skills and a keen eye for detail. Strong organizational skills, enabling effective multitasking and deadline management. Proficiency in English with excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, allowing seamless interaction with team members.
