Job Summary
As a Remote Medical Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for inputting patient data into electronic health records with a high level of accuracy. You will also be responsible for verifying the accuracy of all data entered, maintaining confidentiality of patient information, and updating patient records as necessary. This is a full-time remote position that requires excellent typing skills, strong attention to detail, and a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities
* Input patient data into electronic health records with a high level of accuracy
- Verify the accuracy of all data entered and correct any errors
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and comply with all HIPAA regulations
- Update patient records as necessary and ensure that all data is up-to-date and accurate
- Communicate effectively with team members and participate in regular training and team meetings
- Follow all company policies and procedures and maintain a high level of professionalism

Requirements
