Digital Assets Treasury Operations Analyst Liceo Capital Advisors is an independent investment bank providing strategic financial advisory services across mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, capital raises, restructurings, and complex corporate transactions. We work with business owners, family offices, and institutional clients on high‑impact financial decisions, including those involving digital assets and cryptocurrency holdings. Our team combines deep experience in investment banking, advisory, and financial operations to deliver disciplined, execution‑focused outcomes. As part of our expansion into digital assets, we are seeking a Digital Assets Treasury Operations Analyst to support the operational management, reporting, and control of cryptocurrency and digital asset holdings. This role is designed for professionals with hands‑on experience operating crypto assets in real environments. It is not a trading role and not a software or blockchain development position.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day treasury operations for cryptocurrency and digital asset holdings
• Execute and monitor transfers across wallets, exchanges, custodians, and OTC settlement workflows
• Maintain accurate records of balances, transactions, and asset movements
• Perform regular reconciliation across wallets, exchanges, and internal tracking systems
• Prepare structured reports on balances, flows, and operational activity
• Identify operational risks, discrepancies, or process gaps and elevate as needed
• Assist in maintaining treasury processes, controls, and operational checklists
• Collaborate with advisory and finance teams where digital asset holdings intersect with broader client or internal engagements

Requirements

• Hands‑on experience managing or operating cryptocurrency or digital asset holdings
• Strong understanding of wallets, exchanges, custody solutions, and transfer workflows
• Experience with reconciliation, reporting, or finance/treasury operations
• High attention to detail and comfort working with real balances and transactions
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
