Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Providing accurate information regarding products, services, and policies
  • Resolving customer complaints effectively and efficiently
  • Escalating issues to appropriate departments when necessary
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing feedback for continuous improvement

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred
  • Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Experience

Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. If you have experience working in the health insurance industry or a related field, that's a plus.

Working Hours

This is a full-time remote position, and flexible hours may be required to accommodate customer needs, including evenings and weekends.
