Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely information, and resolving customer issues in a professional and courteous manner. No prior experience is required – we provide all the training you need to succeed!

Responsibilities

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers, including product details, pricing, and availability
  • Resolving customer issues and escalating to higher authorities as needed
  • Maintaining customer records by updating account information
  • Working collaboratively with team members to meet performance goals
  • Upholding company standards and policies in all interactions

Requirements
