Job Description

As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience by providing exceptional support through online chat. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries related to flight bookings, itinerary changes, and general airline information. Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries via live chat, ensuring that every interaction is friendly, helpful, and informative.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex's services and promotions, ensuring that you can provide accurate information to customers and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Document customer interactions in the company's database for tracking and analysis, helping us to identify areas for improvement and optimize our services.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications
