Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our members, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Gathering information to determine member eligibility and appropriate course of action, using your knowledge of our products and services.
  • Documenting key information clearly and concisely on customer accounts and our software system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Navigating multiple internal computer systems, including our CRM software, to provide seamless service to our members.
  • Complying with all applicable compliance regulations, including HIPAA, and organizational policies and procedures.

Key Qualifications

* 3 years of direct customer service experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Bilingual in Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with our Spanish-speaking members.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com CRM software, with a strong understanding of its features and functionality.
  • Ability to work from home, with a dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection.
  • Availability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

* 3 years of experience in inbound customer service, with a strong focus on resolving complex issues.

  • Experience working in a remote call center environment, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance, including HIPAA.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, including data entry and reporting.
