What We're Looking For

* Experience: Previous experience in customer service or the travel industry preferred. We're looking for candidates with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Tech Requirements: Own computer, internet connection, and landline phone. You'll need a reliable computer, internet connection, and landline phone to perform your job duties.
  • Background Check: Must pass a background check and complete training. We take the safety and security of our clients and employees seriously, and we require a background check and training for all new hires.
  • Bilingual Skills: A plus, but not required. While bilingual skills are a plus, they're not required. We're open to candidates who speak multiple languages and those who don't.

Key Responsibilities
