Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers via web-based chat services, responding to their inquiries and providing timely support.
  • Answer questions about products, check fitment, and assist in scheduling service appointments.
  • Manage multiple conversations simultaneously, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of customer issues.
  • Utilize arenaflex's customer relationship management (CRM) system to track customer interactions and provide personalized support.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements:
