Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolving customer issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Providing support to arenaflex partners, including restaurants and delivery drivers.
  • Documenting and tracking customer interactions and issues using our CRM system.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer experience.
  • Identifying and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer support or a related field.
