Responsibilities

As an Online Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging with customers through online live chat to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing strategic planning to identify opportunities for improving the online chat experience and increasing customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop creative solutions to customer inquiries and concerns
  • Monitoring chat conversations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
  • Assisting with other customer service tasks as needed

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 4+ years of experience in a customer service or online chat role
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strategic planning skills to identify and implement improvements in the online chat experience
  • Creativity to develop innovative solutions to customer inquiries and issues
  • Motivated and confident attitude with a passion for providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online chat platforms
