About the Role

As a Full Stack Data Scientist at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about using data to tell stories, drive business outcomes, and create a better customer experience. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business stakeholders, to design, develop, and deploy data-driven solutions that meet arenaflex's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

* Utilize quantitative analysis and data visualization to uncover insights and trends that inform business decisions and drive growth

  • Develop and maintain large-scale data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehouses to support business intelligence and analytics
  • Collaborate with junior data scientists and engineers to design, develop, and deploy data-driven solutions using SQL, R, Python, and other programming languages
  • Work with business stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs), develop metrics, and create dashboards to track progress and inform decision-making
  • Develop and maintain statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and data visualizations to support business objectives and drive growth
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvement, data quality enhancement, and system optimization
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve arenaflex's data science capabilities

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field

  • 4+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field, with a strong focus on data analysis, modeling, and visualization
  • Proficiency in SQL, R, Python, and other programming languages, with experience working with large datasets and data warehouses
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
  • Strong understanding of statistical concepts, including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and time series analysis
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field

  • Experience working with machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and natural language processing
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Experience with data governance, data quality, and data security best practices
  • Strong understanding of business operations, including supply chain management, logistics, and customer experience
