Job Summary

As a Medical Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to patients, healthcare providers, and insurance carriers. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, using state-of-the-art technology to resolve patient billing and medical information issues. Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to patients, healthcare providers, and insurance carriers

  • Provide empathetic and professional service to patients, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Use computer skills to accurately enter data and navigate our proprietary systems
  • Gather and review patient billing and medical information to ensure accurate and timely resolution of issues
  • Collaborate with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple calls simultaneously

Essential Qualifications

* At least 1 year of recent Call Center experience (no exceptions)

  • Active internet connection and ability to work from home
  • Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors
  • Great work attitude and willingness to help others
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry

  • Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance billing procedures
  • Experience with CRM software and data entry systems
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
