Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing product and service information, resolving technical issues, and building strong relationships with our clients. Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming phone calls and emails, providing information, answering questions, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications

* Must reside in the United States

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and provide superior customer service
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in insurance or financial services
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and email
