Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service to customers through phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth rental experience.
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter and maintain customer and rental information in our database, ensuring that all records are current and error-free.
  • Travel/Accommodation Bookings: Help customers with booking accommodations, flights, and other travel arrangements to enhance their car rental experience, providing recommendations for tropical destinations and local attractions.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule vehicle rentals, manage booking calendars, and handle any adjustments or changes to reservations.
  • Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between customers and our local rental partners, ensuring clear and effective communication for a seamless rental process.
  • Problem-Solving: Quickly and professionally address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the rental process.
  • Reporting: Create and review reports on customer feedback, rental trends, and operational performance to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

To succeed as a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll need:

Previous experience
