The Opportunity:

We're seeking a talented and customer-focused Live Chat Agent to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service squad, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch support to our clients' customers. Job Responsibilities:

As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for customers via online live chat, providing a warm and welcoming experience from the outset
  • Assisting customers with any inquiries or issues, escalating when necessary to ensure their needs are thoroughly addressed
  • Sharing relevant information about our services and features to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction
  • Working diligently to meet and exceed customer service and productivity targets, consistently delivering high-quality support
  • Collaborating with various internal teams to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

* First Response Time (FRT): Respond to customer inquiries within a set timeframe

  • Resolution Rate: Effectively resolve customer issues on the first contact
  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT): Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Productivity: Meet or exceed productivity targets, ensuring efficient use of time

Desired Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote position, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service

  • Excellent written communication skills, specifically in a digital environment, with the ability to craft clear and concise responses
  • Proficiency with various tech platforms and tools for customer support, including CRM software and live chat tools
  • Ability to process customer data accurately, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies
  • Multitasking capability and ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple conversations simultaneously
