About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, assisting millions of plan members with their pharmacy benefit plans. You'll take inbound calls, answer questions, and provide solutions to help simplify their healthcare experience. With a variety of clients and call types, you'll have the opportunity to learn and grow in a constantly evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions and providing solutions to help simplify their healthcare experience

  • Take inbound calls, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives and meet customer needs
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex's products and services

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience

  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

* Associates degree or equivalent experience

  • Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner
  • Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
  • Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
  • Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence
  • Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
  • Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • At least 6 months of healthcare experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $25.65 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
