Job Summary

As a Live Chat Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support via live chat, while maintaining accurate data records and adhering to company policies and procedures. You'll work closely with our customer service team to resolve issues, provide support, and continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via live chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support in a professional and timely manner.

  • Enter and update customer information, transactions, and interactions accurately into our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality and data security standards.
  • Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction by actively listening to feedback and implementing necessary improvements.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service or data entry roles, preferably in a live chat environment.

  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 60 wpm).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using live chat software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote workspace.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
