Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various channels, including phone, email, chat, video conferencing, and other forms of communication. You'll work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a world-class customer experience while adhering to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various channels, including phone, email, chat, video conferencing, and other forms of communication

• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner
• Utilize various computer systems, applications, and search tools to find information and resolve customer issues
• Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving customer service
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
• Meet or exceed business objectives and targets, while maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency
• Work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed

Required Capabilities

* 6+ years of experience in customer service, financial services, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Proficiency in using various computer systems, applications, and search tools
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Capabilities

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

• Knowledge of web, mobile, and social media technologies
• Experience working with customers in a call center or contact center environment
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Ability to work in a metric-driven environment and meet or exceed business objectives and targets
• Experience working with diverse customer populations and providing culturally sensitive service
