As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming and innovating our Voice of the Customer (VOC) method, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

This technique involves designing and programming customer experience surveys, which include 40+ studies translated into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries.

As a Senior Statistics Architect at arenaflex, you'll collaborate closely with utility teams to outline, develop, and capture business needs. You'll grow your knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods and leverage them to outline and transform data within the Cornerstone Large Data Platform. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing and building robust data model architecture to facilitate efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with utility teams to outline, develop, and capture business needs

• Grow knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods and leverage them to outline and transform data within the Cornerstone Large Data Platform
• Design and build robust data model architecture to facilitate efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions
• Develop and implement big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring high-quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case levels
• Provide guidance to improve competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems
• Power customer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, checking out & builds automation tools
• Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve best and efficiency
• Collaborate with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique

Essential Qualifications

* Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years

• Ability to collaborate actively with dating managers/product owners to expertise functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data warehousing, ETL, and data visualization tools

• Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies
• Familiarity with data governance and data quality frameworks
• Experience with data storytelling and data-driven decision-making
