Job Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Understanding all inbound and outbound calling strategies to ensure seamless customer interactions
• Taking all overflow inbound service calls to guarantee timely responses and exceptional customer experiences
• Assisting customers with appointment scheduling, ensuring accurate and efficient communication
• Collaborating with Service Managers to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Maintaining a working knowledge of dealership systems and technologies to provide informed support
• Staying up-to-date on marketing campaigns and manufacturer updates to effectively communicate with customers

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Proficiency in phone and computer systems, with excellent communication and technical skills
• A professional and polite demeanor, with a friendly and outgoing personality
• The ability to provide a world-class experience to our customers, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and problem-solving
• Previous experience in call center and appointment setting, with a proven track record of success
• Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

What We Offer

As a Remote Customer Service Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you can expect:

• A competitive base salary of $15.00 per hour, with opportunities to earn up to an additional $10.00 per hour in bonuses
• A flexible schedule, with shifts ranging from 7:00 am- 7:00 pm Monday through Friday, and alternating Saturdays from 7:00 am- 5:00 pm
