We're seeking an experienced Remote Live Chat Agent to join our team, providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients through our live chat platform. As a Remote Live Chat Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance, handling a variety of inquiries, including ticket bookings, flight status updates, baggage concerns, and general customer service questions. Responsibilities
