What Does the Job Entail?
As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer support over the phone, identifying customer issues, and helping to resolve them
- Assisting customers with questions related to their phones, tablets, and computers
- Registering customer inquiries to keep our systems up-to-date
- Working towards established goals to help you develop professionally
Your Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in Danish (spoken and written)
- Residency in Denmark (note: you must work from your registered address in Denmark)
- High-level English proficiency
- Interest in technology and a willingness to take on technical challenges
- Understanding of what excellent customer service entails and a motivation to deliver it
- A quiet workspace with a stable internet connection
