Job Description
As a Chat Moderator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for ensuring our online community adheres to our rules and guidelines. This part-time, remote position offers flexibility and the chance to work with a dynamic team that values equality and inclusivity. Your primary duties will include:
* Monitoring and moderating chat conversations to identify and address potential issues, such as harassment, spam, or rule violations
* Deleting messages that violate our community guidelines
* Banning users who repeatedly disregard our rules
* Muting users who have violated our community guidelines
* Investigating reports from users regarding potential rule violations
* Collaborating with the arenaflex team to develop and implement effective community management strategies
* Providing excellent customer service and support to users
Pay and Benefits
As a valued member of our team, you'll receive:
* A competitive hourly rate of $12.50
* A weekly pay cycle, starting from Monday and ending on Sunday

Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* To be at least 18 years old
* A high school diploma or equivalent

* Familiarity with Discord and online community management tools
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
