What You'll Do:
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for engaging directly with customers who contact us for a variety of topics. This will primarily be via inbound calls and other communication platforms. Your role will involve:
- Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for customers and following up as needed to resolve issues
- Going above and beyond to wow our customers and provide exceptional service
- Adhering to high safety and regulatory standards while working with customers
What You'll Need:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to think critically
- Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed
- The ability to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license
- A commitment to being your best and delivering exceptional service to our customers
