Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a first-class customer service experience and timely resolution to client inquiries and concerns.

Required Qualifications

  • Availability to work from home and/or in person
  • High school diploma
  • Willingness to work weekends if needed
  • Industry experience is a plus but not a requirement – training provided
  • Customer Support Representatives are the frontline of a company’s customer service, handling queries, complaints and providing general advice to customers.
  • * They are often the first point of contact and their main goal is to provide excellent customer service and help maintain a company’s reputation.
  • * They have the following duties and responsibilities:
  • * Respond to customer inquiries through various channels such as email, phone, chat, etc.
  • Identify the needs of the customer to provide a suitable solution
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, follow up to ensure resolution
