Key Responsibilities

As a Junior Data Entry/Admin/Assistant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including:

  • Accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in various systems and databases.
  • Assisting with data validation, verification, and quality control to ensure accuracy.
  • Organizing and managing digital and physical files, documents, and records.
  • Providing administrative support to senior team members and assisting with daily office operations.
  • Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments or meetings as required.
  • Helping prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for meetings.
  • Performing general office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
  • Assisting with the coordination of events, travel arrangements, and other administrative duties.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth office functions and workflow.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (College degree is a plus).

Working Hours

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with typical working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Flexibility is available depending on the team's needs.
