As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Expert, you will be the eyes and ears of our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Expert, your responsibilities will include:

  • Fielding customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve questions, issues, and concerns.
  • Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise.
  • Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate.
  • Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments.
  • Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
  • Providing feedback on call issues.
  • Meeting sales objectives as defined.

Qualifications

We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bilingual Spanish/English language skills.
  • A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Over 18 years of age.
  • Ability to type 25 wpm.
  • High School Graduate or GED.
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems.
  • Proven oral and written communication skills.
  • 6 months of Call Center experience, preferred.
  • Logical problem-solving skills.
  • Availability to work various shifts.
  • Ability to use Windows operating systems.
  • Organization and work prioritization skills.
  • 6 months of sales experience minimum.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to stay composed and objective.
  • Strong listening skills.
  • Superior negotiating skills.

Work from Home Requirements

To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, you will need to meet the following internet requirements:

  • Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 15.0 Mbps.
  • Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 5.0 Mbps.
  • ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms.
  • Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN.
  • Proof of internet speed required.
  • Clean and quiet workspace.
