Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Response Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Listening carefully to customer situations and providing appropriate solutions to resolve issues.
  • Evaluating each call to ensure a high degree of caring and empathy.
  • Handling stressful situations in a calm and professional manner.
  • Working independently to manage your schedule and meet client expectations.

Schedule

* Flexible schedule opportunities to suit your needs.

  • Client hours of operation are open 24x7, with day, night, and weekend hours available.
  • Minimum guarantee of 45 minutes per available hour.

Compensation

* Contract rate for handling customer interactions: $0.28 per customer interaction minute (bilingual contractors: $0.31 per customer interaction minute).

  • Minimum guarantee of 45 minutes per available hour (bilingual contractors: 48 minutes).
  • Equivalent hourly rate: $12.60 - $16.80 per hour (bilingual contractors: $14.88 - $18.60 per hour).

Required Skills

* Caring, sympathetic, and helpful demeanor.

  • Strong customer service skills, including active listening.
  • Multi-tasking to find answers while on with customers.
  • Ability to react and respond decisively in emergency situations.
  • Ability to reassure, control, and diffuse emotional and/or difficult calls.
  • Prior experience with driver assistance programs is a bonus, but not required.

Tech Requirements

* Quiet, uninterrupted environment during all working hours.

  • Broadband internet connection (recommended at least 10 MBPS).
  • Wired internet connection to be used during tech setups, while attending education classes, and while working.
  • Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system.
  • Valid antivirus software installed, running, and up to date.
  • Wired USB headset with microphone (Gaming headsets not accepted).
  • Smart phone, Android tablet, or iPad, and willingness to install an authentication app related to program work.

  • As an independent contractor, you will have access to apply to several contracts exclusive to arenaflex.
  • With arenaflex, you work when it's convenient for you, with contract hours ranging from 15 to 40 hours per week.
  • Contract pay rates vary depending on the client, but we make sure to offer the best rate possible to our contractors.
