Boothby Therapy Services is hiring a full-time Remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide school-based teletherapy services to K–8 students in New Hampshire.

This is a 100% remote SLP role using our innovative HyTech Therapy Solution, with on-site support staff (HyTech Facilitator) assisting students during sessions so you can focus on therapy, not logistics.

Position Details

  • Pay Rate: $50–$60/hour (guaranteed pay for scheduled time, even if sessions are missed)

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Responsibilities

  • Provide remote speech-language therapy services (teletherapy) to K–8 students
  • Conduct virtual speech and language evaluations and assessments
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and services
  • Deliver engaging, effective online therapy sessions (individual and small group)
  • Support students with:
    • Articulation and phonology
    • Receptive and expressive language
    • Social/pragmatic communication
    • Fluency and voice disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers
  • Work alongside an on-site facilitator to support student participation
  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
  • Communicate regularly with families and school teams

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • ASHA CCC-SLP required
  • Active New Hampshire SLP license (REQUIRED)
  • Experience or interest in teletherapy, school-based services, or pediatrics preferred
  • Strong communication skills and adaptability
  • Comfortable using virtual platforms and technology
