Aisles & Abroad is seeking reliable and customer-focused individuals for a fully remote role supporting hotel bookings and reservation services. The position involves assisting clients with accommodations, coordinating reservations, and ensuring travel details are accurate and complete.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with identifying and booking hotel accommodations based on their needs and preferences
  • Provide support throughout the reservation process, including confirmations and updates
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding availability, pricing, and property details
  • Verify booking information such as travel dates, guest details, and room selections
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and reservations
  • Offer follow-up support prior to check-in and after stay when needed

Skills

  • Strong communication skills with a customer service mindset
  • Detail-oriented and able to stay organized across multiple tasks
  • Comfortable using online systems and digital tools
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience is helpful but not required
