The Analyst, Asset Management role supports the management of TIAA's real estate portfolio, focusing on leasing, development, and dispositions of diversified real estate investments while working in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assists with managing a portfolio of real estate assets with a focus on office and life sciences
  • Provides recommendations for potential property management, leasing and construction contracts
  • Assists with managing the quarterly asset appraisal process
  • Researches investment strategies for a significant portfolio of real estate investments, usually covering more than one region or geographical market
  • Conducts financial analysis/modeling to assess current and projected performance of property investments
  • Evaluate and provide recommendations on leasing, capital projects and dispositions

Skills

  • University (Degree) Preferred
  • Experience in Argus Enterprise and Excel
  • Assists with managing a portfolio of real estate assets with a focus on office and life sciences
  • Provides recommendations for potential property management, leasing and construction contracts
  • Assists with managing the quarterly asset appraisal process
  • Researches investment strategies for a significant portfolio of real estate investments, usually covering more than one region or geographical market
  • Conducts financial analysis/modeling to assess current and projected performance of property investments
  • Evaluate and provide recommendations on leasing, capital projects and dispositions
  • Argus Experience
  • 1+ years of real estate asset management experience
