Do you have what it takes to:
- Provide Safe and Healthy Start assessments to engage and retain Healthtrax members as clients
- Evaluate individual capabilities and educate on their training needs
- Demonstrate scientifically sound techniques and proper equipment use
- Willingness to be cross-trained in multi operational support of new member sales, service desk as well as fitness business needs
- Personal training and CPR certification (required)
- 2+ years of personal training and, or group fitness instruction
- Able to perform exercises and movements as demonstrations to clients
- Professional interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
- Desire for continual learning
