Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing and managing export sales in assigned international markets. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, expanding the overseas customer base, and building strong relationships with international distributors, agents, and clients. Additionally, you will be preparing and negotiating sales contracts, pricing, and payment terms, handling export documentation, and coordinating with various teams to ensure timely order fulfilment. It will be crucial for you to ensure compliance with export regulations, customs laws, and international trade policies. Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements in target regions, as well as participating in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings will also be part of your responsibilities. Your ultimate goal will be to achieve sales targets and prepare regular sales and market reports. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage export sales in assigned international markets. - Identify new business opportunities and expand the overseas customer base. - Build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors, agents, and clients. - Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, pricing, and payment terms. - Handle export documentation including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping documents. - Coordinate with logistics, production, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfilment. - Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs laws, and international trade policies. - Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements in target regions. - Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings. - Achieve sales targets and prepare regular sales and market reports. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or related field. - Proven experience in export sales and international business development. - Strong negotiation and communication skills. - Knowledge of export regulations and international trade policies. - Ability to travel internationally as required. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
