Job Overview We are seeking motivated Area Sales Managers to grow and manage a designated territory. This role focuses on building strong dealer relationships, driving loan application volume, and consistently exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Exceed sales goals within assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong dealer partnerships
  • Prospect and onboard new dealerships
  • Promote Lobel's products and deliver excellent service
  • Plan and manage daily sales activities effectively
  • Train dealers on the DealWriter program
  • Travel regularly to develop in-person relationships

Qualifications

  • Proven sales success, preferably in automotive or subprime finance
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to manage priorities independently
  • Results-driven with a focus on growth and revenue
  • Willingness to travel extensively
