Position Description: ThinkTek is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer/Administrator to engage in a broad range of platform administration, configuration, and development activities. The development team is responsible for all facets of support, administration, configuration, and development to meet complex customer needs. Responsibilities and experience with ITSM, ITOM, and ATF (Automated Test Framework).

Required

  • Active TS clearance
  • B.S Computer Science or comparable, can substitute work experience in lieu of degree.
  • Two (2) years of experience with the ServiceNow platform as an administrator/developer.
  • Active/Current ServiceNow CSA or above.
  • ITSM and ITOM experience, including CMDB, and Asset Mgmt., and portal.
  • Experience in ServiceNow development (GLIDE, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, ACLs, Script Includes, UI Scripts, APIs).
  • Attention to detail and the ability to listen to stakeholder business requirements and translate to a working, maintainable, technical solution.
  • Produce tangible deliverables (requirements specifications, design deliverables, projects objectives, within predetermined timelines.)
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting, debugging, error log analysis and researching solutions.
