The Opportunity

HealthEZ is seeking a Medical Product Manager who will develop and manage the product strategy for our HealthEZ portfolio of Medical Network Solutions. This role is key in creating, maintaining and cultivating relationships with medical network leadership while successfully delivering key strategies to our business partners and clients. Ideally looking for someone with 3 years of product management experience in a healthcare environment who is passionate about making a difference.

What you'll do

  • Deeply understand the external market and customer needs to help prioritize product features.
  • Conduct market research to assess member needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape; gather data, analyze feedback, and stay informed about industry changes.
  • Collect both qualitative and quantitative data to track KPIs, measure outcomes, and leverage insights for data-driven decision-making.
  • Use data to monitor product usage and provide informed recommendations for product improvements.
  • Report to Sr Product Manager on product health, member engagement, and the product roadmap.
  • Develop a product strategy for HealthEZ’s portfolio of Medical Network Solutions. This includes Precision Pricing, Aetna, and Cigna.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (development, design, marketing, sales, account management, and member support) to ensure alignment on strategy, objectives, and timelines.
  • Prioritize product features and manage release plans based on business needs.
  • Support development teams by clarifying requirements, providing guidance, and helping to keep projects on track by leveraging the PDLC process.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create sales collateral and assist with product demos.
  • Assist sales teams with product clarification, RFP support, and presentations as needed.
  • Help manage relationships with external vendors to ensure the effective delivery of products.
  • Facilitate product changes across internal teams to ensure smooth transitions.
