- Participate in agile ceremonies and cross-functional collaboration
- Coordinate effectively with distributed teams
- 6–7+ years of experience in data-centric roles such as:
- Data Analyst
- Analytics Engineer
- Data QA or Data SDET
- Advanced SQL expertise (critical requirement)
- Strong background in data analysis and validation methodologies
- Hands-on experience with:
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery
- ETL processes and data pipeline testing
- Apache Airflow
- Experience working with insurance or claims-related data
- Familiarity with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS / IAC)
- Background in hybrid roles combining analytics and data testing/QA
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and identify data issues quickly
- Clear communication with both technical teams and business users
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving data environment
