They are seeking a Remote Litigation Attorney to manage and resolve lemon law cases, conduct legal research, negotiate settlements, and represent clients in various legal proceedings.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve lemon law cases for clients across various jurisdictions
- Draft legal documents, demand letters, and court pleadings
- Conduct legal research pertinent to lemon law claims
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediation, arbitration, and court proceedings
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members
Skills
- Must have at least 1 year of experience in lemon law practice
- Active law license in CA
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills
- Proficiency with legal research tools and remote work platforms
- High attention to detail and excellent organization
