National Sales Coordinator

New Tradition is a premium out-of-home media company specializing in signage across the country. They are seeking a National Sales Coordinator to support senior National Account Executives and engage with major advertisers while gaining experience in media sales.

Responsibilities

  • Support a National Account Executive on day-to-day sales activity across Tier 1 accounts
  • Coordinate incoming RFPs, proposal builds, and pricing requests
  • Manage inventory holds, contracts, and Salesforce updates
  • Oversee campaign delivery; including proof-of-performance materials, recap decks, and internal coordination with Operations and Marketing
  • Research new client and category opportunities to fuel prospecting
  • Assist with client communications and occasional entertainment opportunities

Skills

  • Early-career professional with 1-3 years of experience or internships in media, advertising, sales, or marketing
  • Strong communicator and team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines
  • Tech-savvy with solid skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM tools (Salesforce is a plus)
  • Curious, ambitious, and eager to grow into a client-facing sales role
