As a Chat Customer Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, or live chat, resolving customer service inquiries, and offering additional forms of real-time problem-solving. Key Responsibilities

- Identify major pain points and flag them to a liaison for further action, contributing to the development and improvement of our products and services
- Complete training on our customer support systems, policies, and procedures
- Engage in ongoing skill development and improvement, staying up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends
