About the Job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Clerk to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office operations by providing reliable administrative support across various departments. Responsibilities

  • Perform general clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence promptly and accurately.
  • Maintain and update physical and electronic records and databases.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating office calendars.
  • Support preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
  • Respond to routine inquiries via phone, email, or in-person with professionalism.
  • Order and manage office supplies to ensure availability and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve workflow

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or relevant certification preferred.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload efficiently.
  • Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
