Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities under guidance from senior project managers
- Support the team in documenting project requirements, timelines, and deliverables
- Help coordinate tasks and communicate updates between different teams and stakeholders
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards for management review
- Participate in risk identification and basic issue resolution to ensure smooth project execution
- Assist in organizing meetings, preparing presentations, and following up on action items
Skills
- Entry Level Project Management experience or related field
- Ability to assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities
- Strong communication skills to coordinate tasks and updates between teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in maintaining project documentation, reports, and dashboards
- Basic understanding of risk identification and issue resolution
- Ability to organize meetings and prepare presentations
- Experience as an Assistant Project Manager, Project Analyst, Operations Analyst, Executive Assistant, HR Assistant, etc
