Partner Sales Manager - SouthEast

The SouthEast Partner Sales Manager expands reselling and service partnerships across Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, Alabama, Mississippi and Tennessee to accelerate regional revenue. Supporting a "Partner-First" model where 98% of transactions include a partner, the team focuses on driving field alignment and sales velocity through strategic alliances. This role is responsible for executing joint business plans with Resellers, Distributors, and MSPs to increase partner-sourced pipeline and market penetration. Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and onboard strategic Resellers, Distributors, and MSPs in the SouthEast region to meet specific regional coverage and revenue targets.
  • Execute joint business plans with partners including defined technical enablement paths, localized marketing initiatives, and mutual revenue goals.
  • Align TOLA channel partners with Axonius Sales, Solution Architects, and Customer Success teams to manage account mapping and opportunity execution.
  • Manage regional partner operations, including the negotiation of partnership agreements, commercial models, and the delivery of sales and technical certifications.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in Channel Partnerships, Business Development, or Alliance Management within the B2B enterprise software sector.
  • 3+ years of direct experience building and scaling partner programs with Resellers, Distributors, or MSPs specifically within the TOLA region.
  • Proven track record of exceeding partner-driven revenue targets and managing lead generation through distributors.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% within the region for partner meetings, on-site enablement, and events.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience managing channel strategies and business models for enterprise SaaS or Cybersecurity vendors.
  • Demonstrated experience driving initiatives and alignment within highly matrixed or cross-functional corporate environments.
  • Proficiency in developing and documenting regional partnership visions, strategies, and tactical execution plans.
  • Experience evangelizing technical narratives at external partner events and industry conferences to build regional mindshare.
  • Established domain expertise and professional network within the TOLA market landscape.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and partnership priorities in a fast-paced software environment.
